Websites for home-improvement trades · Southern California

Websites that make your work look as good as it is.

Portfolio-first sites for deck builders, remodelers, contractors, landscapers, pool builders and roofers, built so AI and Google actually find you.

The Navarro Brothers Roofing and Remodeling homepage on a laptop: the business name set large on a pale ground beside a photograph of a shingled roof in the rain, with the phone number and a price button under it. The MODE Renovation homepage on a laptop, split down the middle: an old clawfoot tub on the left and a finished walk-in shower on the right, with the headline Bathtub and shower replacement in Corona, CA under the old one and In as little as one day under the new one. The Diego’s Quality Construction homepage on a laptop, split down the middle: peeling, weathered lap siding on the left under the line Rot under the paint, and a freshly painted house on the right under the headline Siding, decks and wood repair in Rancho Santa Margarita, with a single new board floating across the seam. The same homepage on a phone: a strip of peeling siding across the top, the finished house below it, and the headline, the rating and the call button stacked in thumb reach. Seven concept builds. Every one a real site.

A photo of your last job closes your next one. So the site starts with the work, then makes sure the people searching can find it.

Portfolio

Seven crews, seven different sites.

Each one is built around how that crew actually works, so no two look alike. All seven are concept builds you can open and scroll. Here are three.

No. 01 · Concept build · Rancho Santa Margarita

Diego’s Quality Construction

A siding and deck carpenter whose customers keep saying the repair disappears, so the whole site is built as a before and after you scroll through.

Open the site

No. 02 · Concept build · Stanton

Navarro Brothers Roofing & Remodeling

A roofing crew people call when water is already coming in, so the site starts with a stain on the ceiling and ends with the rain being just weather.

Open the site

No. 03 · Concept build · Corona

MODE Renovation

A bathroom crew that swaps an old tub for a new shower in a day or two, so the whole site is built as a before and after with a seam down the middle.

What every build gets

Made to be looked at. Made to be found.

The look

Your best jobs get a page each.

A hero photo, the story of the build, the specs and the client’s own words. Not a grid of thumbnails at the bottom of the page. Each site gets its own look, designed around your work rather than a template with your logo on it.

Getting found

Ready for the question your customer asks AI.

Schema, answers written so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google can read and cite them, and business details that match everywhere they appear. Tested before launch, so on delivery day you see what AI search says about you.

One thing that catches the lead

Someone is on your site at nine at night, deciding.

Three tabs open, yours and two competitors. Every build gets one main action that answers their question and gets you their name and number. This one is running. Try it.

How yours gets picked

Instant estimator

A typical patio cover is 200 to 400 sq ft. Guess if you are not sure.

Two fields to see it. That is the whole form.

Running on published Orange County patio cover rates (Patio Warehouse Inc. 2026 cost guide), not any one business’s pricing. Yours would use your numbers.

How the build runs

Questions

The ones that actually get asked.

Who is Kairo for?

Trades where the customer decides by looking at the finished work: deck, patio and pergola builders, kitchen and bath remodelers, general contractors, landscaping and hardscaping, pool builders, and roofers. If a photo of your last job is what closes your next one, this build is made for you.

What does the build cost?

$1,800 flat, split into $900 to start and $900 after the final walkthrough, before handoff or launch. That is founding-client pricing for the first five clients, and the scope is written down before work starts.

What does founding-client pricing mean?

The first five clients get the full build at $1,800. In return, Kairo shows the finished site as portfolio work, publishes the before-and-after of what AI search says about your business, and asks you for a short testimonial once it is live. Nothing else changes: same scope, same agreement, same price for everyone in those five.

I am not one of those trades. Can you still build my site?

Usually, yes. It is scoped separately at custom pricing rather than the standard build, so you get a written quote that states the scope, the price, the payment milestones and the timing, and work starts once it is accepted. Ask on the call.

All the questions

Fifteen minutes, and you leave with a written scope.

Whether or not you buy anything. If Kairo is not the right call for your business, that is worth finding out in fifteen minutes rather than in three months.
